Hi y'all, Jon's my name. I have been registered on this site for a while and have never posted anything until today. So I thought I might introduce myself. I have seen many referrences to this site and found alot of useful information. My sig lists what I got, I purchaced the truck a year ago and really enjoy it and just like everyone else on this site I'm wanting to make more HP. At the monement I looking into a custom tune (EFI Live) for it and possibly a nitrous system. So if you see a few dumba$$ questions from me, fire away... I've got thick skin....

welcome, thats a badass lookin rig ya got there.

not a whole lot of info about the 8.1L on here but search for posts/threads by Tierod or Whippled_496 as they both did extensive mods to their big blocks.

oh, btw, you're gonna need to get that sig pic reduced in size, a little big for teh forum rules, just lettin ya know before a mod deletes it. i think the size is 500x125

 

Quincy, about have way down state, far west side along the Mississippi.

I will have to work on reducing my sig picture down. I'll find me a 30 day trial on photoshoping software somewhere.

 

there are members here that will help you on that.

i hear that the complete software is available for download out there on the 'net somewhere...
