UPDATE- my long tube headers came in. installed with no clearance issues. sound great, loud and mean. i love leaving in the morning for work knowing that i wake the cop up that lives across the street
lol i ordered my cai yesterday so it should be here in a few days. only thing left that i had planned is cam, rods, and springs
which ill be ordering within a couple weeks

thats hella close to me. i live by the big water tower and fire station on 51st and gibbs. my mom lives at 51st and metropolitan.

lol UPDATE: cai, valve springs, cam, and rods come in this week!

ill prolly make a post in the gm engine section but is there a specific timing that the cam needs to be timed at or is the factory timing (27 degrees i believe?) fine? im not sure if it was here or somewhere else that i read that u can mess around with the timing, anywhere from like 10 degrees up to around 29 degrees? if so is that just trial and error finding the best timing or is there a reference table that i could go off of?
