I work for a really good oil company so I can spend the money if I can beat my wife to it first. I'm looking at a front mount turbo kit from trick performance, and I'm wanting to get a newer vette for Grad. from college.. (hopefully it will get twins
)

5.3s are very sturdy lil engines. My light modded one has taken 199,000 miles of me n my driving, mostly crusing, but a lot of it scrappin with stangs n camaros
it's the trans that won't hang, so look to gettin a built one. i replaced mine twice in 266,079 miles before i gave up on it and retired the truck to really mod it

Welcome Big hopes, Big tires and a Street monster youre gonna need a Big wallet. Most 5.3s around here get replaced with 6.0s with the exception of one (Bill) good luck with the build.
