looking into getting more power out of the 03 on a minimum budget, no boost no nitrous, where do i start?

Welcome aboard from the DFW area.

There's plenty of info here, so you've come to the right place.

Welcome to the site from Dallas! (Memphis right now tho)
sponsors on the right hand side of the page. Blackbear, Nelson, or Wheatly. all great tuners.
Basic bolt ons would be a good start too. whats the details on the truck? gears, plans, ect. (gotta have a place to go before you start off)

Yep, go with the sponsors on the right ===> But if you are near one of them, you would be best off doing a street tune, where they ride in the truck with you and make adjustments real time. But put your bolt ons you want to do on first, then they can tune your truck to make the most of them.
