Picked up an 02 Tahoe LT a couple weeks ago. Just figured I'd show it and say Hi. The pics aren't that good, but I'll get some better ones of it.

Thanks. I need to debadge it, lower it, and get some wheels on it at least. Anybody have any suggestions on lowering it and still being able to tow?

I've got a 74 International Scout with lockers and 35" tires I offroad the **** out of. No need for another lifted vehicle. But, by that same logic, I've got a 92 camaro that won't clear a coke can laying on its side in the road so maybe I should just leave this one stock height.........nah.

Belltech sells a 2/3 drop with keys and rear drop springs. You won't lose much(if any) towing capabilities. What do you tow with it?

I tow the scout mentioned above with a 18ft car hauler with a weight distribution hitch and trailer brakes. It does suprisingly well for a 1/2 ton truck.

Well, I know that. I'm definitely from a Chevy Family. heh. I'm used to towing with my dad's 2001 3/4 ton 4wd suburban with the 8.1 with a k&n setup, magnaflow exhaust, and programming, and factory 4.10s so yeah, I had my doubts about my 5.3/4L60e and 3.42's the first time I hooked the trailer up.
