Just got rid of my 98 SS conv and bought a VortecMAX EC/SB GMC. Just wanted to say hello!

Thanks, and you're right...let the modding begin. I'm thinking programmer, cold air, and exhaust to start with. More specifically an SLP tuned diablo sport II, K&N or SLP airbox & intake system, and magnaflow or SLP dual exh kit.
I have no emissions where I live, so catless long tubes may be part of my exhaust too!
