Hey thanks guys for the warm welcome! I was just in the okanagan this weekend! such a great drive up there. my plans for the truck are to finally put an LQ4 in, and keep the 5 speed nv3500 till i blow it up. i have another one ready to blow up aswell I ordered my LQ4 last week and it showed up at work today, sure enough its not a dbc LQ4 it was a dbw LQ9 without any accessories, ecm, sensors... etc. not to mention it looked like it had about a half a million kms on it and every gasket was leaking lol. seems hard to find a decent turn key LQ4.
