Hello, I'm a college student and in the army. I live in Statesboro, GA right now. My dad just gave me a 1991 GMC Sierra, std cab / short bed (of course) / fleetside, 350, 5spd (getrag, eh), with some 17" torq thrusts 8 in wide in front 9.5 in the rear. Fairly nice truck... and I've done a few mods and it looks alot better.

I want to do a T56 swap, beef up the brakes a little and install TPI on a Vortec 5.7L (but want to stroke it to 383), controlled with LS1 PCM for sequential injection and to bypass the $300 memcal purchase.

hehe, well, that would be nice, and i'm sure it's fun to drive, but yea.. trying to keep it under $3-4k here

Hey, i'm right up the road in Millen. go ahead and do a 6.0/t56 setup, should be able to keep it under $4K
