new and need of some help

hi everyone iam new to the site and hoping someone can help me out.
I have a 1990 chevy short box with a 355 Iam trying to get a carb for it and so far no luck right now I have a 830 Holley on it i tryed a 850 Holley and it was even wost its just not getting the fuel .Ill give you the spec to the truck to let you know whats on it

Edelbrock performer RPM heads
roller rockers
blower grind cam solid lifter
.544 lift
turbo 400 manual valve body
3800 stall
456 gears
US gear posi
Holley blue fuel pump

hope someone can help me out here ( trucks just not running the way it sould)

Sounds like a tuning issue more than a cfm issue. Even with too big/too small of a carb, the vehicle shouldn't run rough (unless it's grossly misproportioned.) with proper tuning. Make sure the timing is set properly and all the circuits/linkages in the carb are operating correctly.
