New member what to do next

I just joined today I'm located in L.A. (Lower Arkansas) I've got a 2003 Silverado 5.3l I just got the truck but this is what it had on it when I got it
K&n intake (not just replacement air filter)
Throttle body spacer
4/6 drop
Cat back exhaust 3in inlet super 10 3in out dumped before axle
Hp tune (I dont know the specifics can tell shift points have been messed with though)
I've put on red top optima battery
20 x 8.5 American racing torque thrust
Tonneau cover
Power stop drilled and cross slotted rotors
Power stop ceramic brake pads
Not sure which direction to go buy my own hp tuner pro, gears, or trans work but most of the stuff I want to do requires tuning should I just buy the tuner first and if I should which would be best for me I don't want to buy a canned tuner to have to buy one like hp later on

Yea I found a tci street fighter trans overhaul kit and 3500 rpm torque converter and tci flex plate I'm just nervous of the price of the hpt and if I will be able to learn how to use it I program plcs at a paper mill for a living so I think I should be able to do it but it's a big step for me
