New member with a past members truck-AR
#1
Hello all, i recently bought a '03 Sierra with a 5.3. The back window came with a PerformanceTrucks.net sticker. The previous owner didnt mention any thing about posting on the forum so that leads me to believe that the owner before him did all the posting. If anyone remembers the truck please point me in the right direction.

Just a cold air intake with a custom x-pipe. I have some new ls6 valve springs on order to install since the dealer said I should check my stock ones due to a misfire problem that I've been chasing down for a couple weeks now.
I also have a 2/4 drop to add to the truck. It already has 2in drop shackles so I'll be pushing a 6in drop in the rear.

Any DTCs besides 0300 ? Is a certain cylinder(s) showing misfire ?
Plugs , wires, coils , coil wiring harness have been verified OK ?
Fuel psi checking out ?

New plugs, wires, tested all coils and replaced one, new map, new maf, new Delphi fuel pump. I took it too the dealer to run a diagnosis, they checked everything and came to conclusion that the exhaust valve springs on cylinders 1&3 are bad.
