Hey all. Im Justin from Manhattan Kansas. Got a 2000 GMC 1500. Basically stock. Looking for some basic mods a college kid can afford. Any suggestions. Other than exhaust, thats to come in the near future.

I have over 130,000 miles on the motor. Not sure how well it would stand up to that sort of modification.

Yeah ZR1 thats about what I was thinking. Nothing to severe but enough to ad some decent power. And eventually im planning on rebuilding the motor then saving up and getting a STS turbo set up. Should be pretty bad *** then!!

And where you at Blueflamed?

Welcome to the site and nice choice on a college!


Lots of great info here and I would suggest looking into a few other options before settling on the STS. Not that they are bad or anything, but I think there are some better options for the money.

WOW!!! a K-State fan in Oklahoma?!?! You must be one of the few haha. But anyways, from the little bit of research iv done they seem like a really dependable company with pretty good products.
