What’s up guys? First day checking out this forum, I have a 06 5.4 King ranch F-150. It is my daily driver, so I'm not looking to take it to the track any time soon. I already threw in a K&N air filter and did the GOTTS mod to the intake. Saw some decent gains in throttle response and MPGs but would like some more. Next is the exhaust and a programmer, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

 

Welcome! Not much of a Ford guy so cant help you on your questions. You could always throw a bottle on it
