Greetings all!

New guy here just picked up my first ever Silverado. It's my second DD and will probably only be driven a few thousand miles a year on bad snow days because I drive 100 miles a day for work. Other two are a Pontiac G6 and Trans Am.

I'm fairly active on LS1Tech and knew my login worked over here, so thought I'd say hello!

The truck is a 2002 extended cab Z71 with 98,000 miles on it. Being a DD, I pry won't do a whole lot with it. Dual exhaust, tinted windows, leveling kit are all on the to-do list

Also, on the LS1s there's several free mods you can do to pick up a few ponies. ANything like that for the 5.3?

Welcome. Other than being smaller displacement, the LS1 and 5.3 are nearly identical. I've got a cousin that lives in lincoln.
