Default New guy in N. IL

My name is Jason and I just picked up a 03 Silverado SS for a tow rig. Gonna try and leave it stockish for the most part. I think first order of business is getting rid of the weak a$$ stock brakes.

Here are so photos to drool over.





and the whole god forsaken reason I needed to buy it for a tow rig.

Welcome to a great forum. What part of Il are you from? Im originally from the Dekalb area. What is done to that car that you need to tow it with the truck?

Im from the Rockford area. The car is still streetable. Its just powered by a finicky *** quad 4 motor that doesn't like to stay running all the time. Since I like to auto cross I figured it was a good idea to get something that would let me get the car home from the track thats not a 100 mile tow truck bill.
