if you really need my help then get rid of the engine hoist, im pretty sure i can pick it up and just pull it right out. i bench like 500. no but seriously, what are you putting in place of the old one?

I have a stroker 418 in right now that has some issues(was drunk when I built it

) so Im pulling it to put in a 6L and I have an sts turbo kit on the way. Im planning on doing most of the work on Sunday, shoot me a pm if you want to drop by.
