Newbie here from Flower Mound, bought my first silverado last May... black 06 crewcab on 20s almost paid off about to dump $$ in it. any recommendations on where to start?

appearance & noise. I don't know where to start.. ill have to wait on power because I see some performance upgrades are more than the wife will let me spend... :-\
