As a new member, I am seeking advice on my engine swap for '88 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. I have a Gen III, LS, LQ4 6.0 and would like to use the OEM
4L80e tranny and was wondering if the NP241c transfer case, driver drop, will mate up? Thanks! Dennis

 

As long as you get the proper input spline (should be 32) it should mate up, finding the driver drop 241 will be the fun part. Several companies make clocking rings to help with a flat belly as the 6 bolt chevy pattern only works one way.

 

Im using the 241 in my samurai but passenger side drop..

find a np263? it bolts up to the 80E and ready to go. i think thats the right one.. ill have to look.
