No, skip headers for now and most here will tell you that shorty's dont do nothin anyway. Get a good tune, it'll do wonders!

Welcome! Your first mods should be a CAI, cat back exhaust, LT headers, or E-fans(no particular order)... from there get a mail order tune for those mods. Then put some $$ into your trans But that's JMO.

 

yeah i have a 4.3 and i havnt done anything (yet)!!! lol. but does my truck come stock with electric fans? i cant tell. also what are lt headers?

No on the efans as far as I know. LT headers are long tube headers.

 

so what kind of fans do you recomend? and which tybe of headers? i was thinking JBA headers i m not sure if they make long tubes though. ill have to check.
