Intro

NOOB! I just bought an 03 Tahoe 2wd with the 4.8. I was directed here from the Tahoe Forum. I am looking for some tech info on my 4.8 and this looks like a great place to get it.

One of my first mods will be an LS1 E-fan swap. Just before I go buy one I need to know what all I need to do to make it fit. Off to the search button....

Jon, welcome to PT.net. Looks like you are off to a great start. We have more than a few members who have made beasts of their 4.8's.

Welcom Jon. Im workin on my 4.8 haha, slowly, slowly. But in a Hoe I'd but a 6.0 in it. A buddy of mine has a 5.3 in his moms and its pretty quick so good luck with it
