well. Might as well just cut to the point. I like goin fast. I'm from a small small town called Aynor, SC. It's about 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach, SC.

my first car was a 2001 white v6 Camaro stick. Was my dream car back before i discovered how great horsepower was. Mommy and daddy bought. I know. Give me a break, I was young lol. I have no pictures of this one. I worked in the tobacco fields and did landscaping to make money. My dad had a 1978 Trans Am with a 455 I believe it was. The seed was planted. Working with a little bit of money and a great condition Camaro for trade, I got my first trans am. She wasnt much but I loved her.

I was now driving to school.

Going to a school with about 60 people in my graduating class, people talked. Long farm roads meant everyone raced from time to time. The trans am shined like a diamond. Eventually lost to a vette. Back then I started helping out in a performance shop and did a little work, not much. Made money and learned what I wanted to do in life. One day an old black man brought in a dark green 1997 Trans Am. The cam sounded incredible with the exhaust, and I saw a nitrous bottle. Still young, and with the fast and the furious movies coming out, I thought it was awesome. Luckily he loved my car. Even trade title for title. It had 96k miles on the original engine and ran great. We did a trade although my dad hated my choice. But it was my money - "my mistake."

The car blistered everyone around town after a little extra work. Ill have to find a picture of the car, because I couldn't find any of it on my computer. word spread about my car. That is when she got put down and put down hard. Guy from out of town in myrtle beach blistered me. Turbo SS Camaro. We talked and I fell in love with the car. Again. Sold the car, got a WS6 2002 Trans Am. This was the car I would turn into a monster. Young and stupid, the day I got the car I pulled it into the shop. Full bolt ons, comp cam (can't recall the duration/lift) and a tune. Car was healthy. used the car for just cruising. While workin at the shop I picked up a z06 engine from a guy doing an engine swap. He had no way to take the engine back or haul it, $400, even though I didn't need it I couldn't let it go. Plan was to dog the trans am, build the engine in the shop, swap when I was ready. Live life by the "go big or go home" motto.

I went big. Into someone else's home.

Hit the house at about 140 mph. Had the over 155 (what its registered) and luckily the neighborhood superhero type neighbors took things into their own hands. While recording me "racing" for he police the wife decided I stand in the middle of the highway leaving me about 20-30 yards to stop. NOPE. Swerved, hit a freshly disked field, flipped what they claim was 7 times and the house in mid flight. Broke my left leg, hands, both feet, punctured both lungs, spinal cord damage resulting in paralysis T8-T9. Broke every bone in my face excluding teeth and chin. But my tongue in half. I was ejected from the car and hit the house. Car came in behind me and kicked mine and the houses ***. Neighbors thought it was well deserved. Didn't call anyone. Feeling that they would be responsible for my wreck (obviously I was in the wrong though) they claimed I just Lost control in a race and my opponent sped off. Hearing the wreck right after I left the shop owner I worked with drove and pulled me out of everything and called 911. I don't remember that part as I was out of it. They said I stood up but the swelling is what caused paralysis hours afterwards in the hospital. Anyhow, I spent two months in ICU, 6 months in an Atlanta georgia rehab center. Where I got back feeling and learned to walk again.

Get home - got back to work. Picked up a truck.

5.3 RCSB Automatic
While working at the shop, figured id leave HP alone for awhile. Worked on the truck. Traded the stock 18s for the 20's. Roll pan, SS bumper cover, sound system and in dash DVD flip screen stereo. Bought my girlfriend a Dodge 2008 Charger RT, made her promise me to never race. She drives and babies it like a grandma. We have a baby together. Here's my little man.

No he didn't eat the wings in case any super nannys are on this site. Was just a picture.

After the truck was done, I felt lacking. Kept going on the shed, seeing the z06 engine collecting dust on the pallet. I'd leave it sitting there and the dark. It was eating me up. Got dual magnaflow exhaust. Started getting the itch again. Full bolt ons, nothing serious. Got a set of long tube headers, my GOD I missed that sound. Kept glancing at the z06 engine. It's like god was looking out for me. My neighbor runs a junkyard. Told me He got a perfectly good van and couldn't bring himself to scrap it. Asked me if I wanted to pull any parts.

Sitting in my shed. Doing nothing. Girlfriend knew nothing of the 6.0. Casually took it into the shop... Pulled my transmission. Told her it was slipping. "Had to send it off."

Performabuilt stage 2 4l60e. Shift kit made me feel somewhat whole again.

Moved to Virginia for 6 months. Told him to keep the engine and sell it. Kept in touch with my old boss / life saver. Told him how much I missed the beach. Eventually, after saving a good hunk of money, moved back to the outskirts of myrtle beach SC. Go to ask for my job back, got it. He takes me into the dyno room he got whole I was gone. A familiar engine sitting on it. It was my 6.0. He had built my engine for me as a welcome back present. 414 Cubic inch completely forged iron block lq4. Kicking 550 horses. Not bad for a free engine with a free build by one of the best engine builders I've ever seen. 1 year warranty, I won't complain on that. Transmission still sitting in my dads old shed inside a wooden box wrapped in bubble wrap. Now it's time to put the peices back together. I have my saved money, tax return money, and two steady jobs working 6 days a week. This is where I sit now. I will try and not to make the same mistake twice. This will be a street truck / mostly quarter mile track truck. I've done tons of research, normally ending up on this site. I've seen some badass builds, and although I'm young and not as experience as most of you, I'm looking forward to postin here and leaning as much as I can from those who have done this longer than me. After the performance/suspension work is done I will work on the exterior again. I'm 21 now and a little older, the newer stock rims have grown on me, a lower drop, and ill probably repaint the truck to a solid color.

There's about everything I can include for my introduction. I look forward to contributing to this site.
