Well, looks like I never did an intro. I've got a few questions so I guess I'd better at least introduce myself to those who may not know me (probably the vast majority here)

hey there....some of you may know me from other forums (either by 07burb or old77). Not new to cars, trucks or forums but hope to gain knowledge from the folks here as I poke around and read up. I've got 3 rides in various state of being modded. My '77 C-10, '07 Suburban and '91 Caprice. What brought me here was my Suburban. I recently had to take her out of commission due to a bad lifter on cylinder 4 and I'm currently anxiously awaiting her return to duty. With this, I'm contemplating whether to just fix the lifters on that side of the motor and just keep motoring, swap in a new 0 mile motor (either 5.3 or upgrade to 6.2) or come up with a "new" ride to replace it. Any of you guys have thoughts on this?
