Howdy

Howdy from Dallas, TX. My name's Cory, brand new to performance trucks. I have been in the F-Body arena for several years until I recently fragged my car so now until I rebuild I have to get my hands dirty on something else, my new 2004 Silverado. My bug needs to be fed and I now have a Gen III to play with.

Welcome aboard.
I'm curious, what's the story on the Firehawk? And I agree with beastmode, get some pics up of the '04... just be ready for suggestions. There are plenty of people that will help you feed that bug.

eh, the truck is pretty plain jane but will do on the pics eventually. look for me around the board. the story on the hawk is i was driving the **** out of it one night and broke it. that's it. it's been a real turd the last couple years of my ownership and not due to lack of maintenance and care. just a monday car apparently and some bad luck ( i.e. houston floods and one morning i found my car the victim of one). so instead of constantly fixing the thing i decided to retire it for a while. i'm not planning on selling it, just rebuilding cuz it ain't worth a damn right now in its current condition. i look forward to getting known around here.

Good call on not selling the Firehawk. I'd hang on to it, too.
