Hello motor heads
Just wanted to introduce myself. This site seems to have a lot to offer and hope I also can contribute in return.
A couple years ago I lost my job, my house and even had my pet get sick and die, so I moved from my lifetime home in Seattle to Nw ohio for a temp place to live. I pulled my bike and belongings all the way to ohio with my beloved 00 Sierra that is getting tired. That Sierra was a replacement for my rear ended and totaled 99 Silverado ext cab a year prior to moving. I spent the last couple years building a supercharged Yamaha Roadstar in a barenaked garage with a few hand tools and a jack. I Found that I could not ride it much because of my back problems, so I need to find a Later model GM ext cab as a build project to fill a void in my life that my motorcycle has left. Here is a photobucket link to some of the bike build photos. I fabbed a ton of harley components to fit the Yamaha big v twin. I built that bike while also doing a step by step writeup for interested forum members on a Roadstar Forum, especially when building and mounting the Magnacharger Supercharger to that 1600, belt drive v-twin. Pictures in photobucket consist of a 65 Corvair Corsa Turbo convertible and other past bikes. Looking forward to learning a lot and meeting fellow gear heads. Pictures by onerighthand - Photobucket
