Default Greetings from Minnesota/Afghanistan

Hey guys my name is Matt I have been searching for a procharger or some sort of forced induction for my truck but realized I need more posts to create a thread in the for sale section so I thought I would start off this way. Its a 2007 Silverado 2500HD 6.0 and wow its a dog but it looks awesome, which is why I am in need of forced induction . I am also pretty active on some other forums with my Corvette Z06, I have a built 442 stroker that put down 571 on a pretty mild tune on a hot and humid day. Right now I am in Kandahar, Afghanistan but hopefully outta this $h%t hole soon.

Welcome, nice rig! You opposed to a roots style SC to get that boat rolling from a stop?
Are those the wide body rear quarters on your Z?

Nope not at all, roots is actually what I want, its such a dog with that little 6.0. I have my eyes set on the TVS 2300 but its hard to shop around over here, eveything is through emails and you guys are way behind us in the timezones. As for the vette, yep those are widebody rears so I could fit the 345's back there.

Welcome to PT.net from a fellow Minnesotan. Where abouts in MN do you reside? That sounds like one sick vette.

Ya I sent him an email a couple days ago and haven't heard anything back. I seen he has a TVS 1900 used for sale for $4500, I thought that was a little high, could be wrong though. Just waiting to hear back from him.

I am in the northern TC area, if you know where Blaine is I am just north of there in East Bethel. Do any of you guys get together up there? If not check out Ricekiller.com we have meets every monday, its a pretty good time, I usually show up in the vette.
