Default 99 Chevy 5.3 LS questions

Hey guys I知 new to this site, I have a 99 Chevy 5.3ls and I知 upgrading the intake and throttle body to a 102mm. I知 going to delete the purge and EGR but I知 wondering how I go about bypassing the return fuel line? Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

You can't just bypass the return fuel line if that is what your truck has. You'll need to keep the return fuel line or redo the rest of the fuel system. That means doing a returnless fuel pump and doing something different for the fuel pressure regulator.

Why are you upgrading the intake and running a 102mm throttle body? Can this engine even use that size throttle body?

If not, it's a waste of money to run something that size.

Yes it can, I put dual exhaust and I知 slowly upgrading it and increasing horsepower, I plan on upgrading cams, lifters, and headers soon but I知 just trying to figure out what do to about the return line and if it痴 absolutely necessary to change the fuel pump or if there痴 a way to bypass or hook it up, I have 2 fittings on the back of the fuel rails but they池e on opposite sides. I知 also wondering if I can extend it over to the other side.
