i have a 2005 2500hd 6.0 rebuilt it with 408 stroker kit ported and polished the heads added hot cam. really cant find 1 7/8" headers. want to add 42lb/hr injectors but pcm wont recognize this, i will need a tune, thinking about efilive tuner, how hard is it? need help!!!!

 

Welcome! If you want to learn how to tune yourself, all I can say is read, read, read, read some more, and then just to be sure, read a bit more. I personally don't know how to do tuning, but am (slowly) learning. Your best bet for now in my opinion, is if you really want to learn, and still want efilive, would be find someone near you that could tune it and walk you through what they're doing.

with as much time and money that you have in the build, I highly recommend getting a professional tune from one of the sponsors here. They will be able to make everything work together including the injectors. Also ARH makes 1 7/8 headers
