4/6 Drop opinions

yeah that lean is annoying AF lol,
you can loose that spacer and maybe just cut the passenger side a little more then a 1/2 coil, put it together let it settle see how it is you may have to repeat the process to get it right tho

Ok I feel better about this whole deal now, at least I can cut the coils some to get it to where I want if it does not settle enough. Like you said the drop is never enough, I should of went lower from the get go ! Lol

yeah its not all that bad man, if your cutting the coils its just your time no extra money (unless you make a boo-boo lol)
like i said last truck i played with the height 3 times before i was happy but being that low in a daily never again for me, current truck is getting 4/6 on coilovers leaving it at that

Somewhat random, but did you tighten the shackles and control arms while the truck was off the ground with the suspension at full droop or after it was on the ground? Because that could cause it to sit higher than its supposed to be. Wheel gap does look a bit much for that drop considering the tire size on a 4/6 IMO.

OutlawL23 you have the part numbers from the boxes your parts came in?
cant go by the front in this pic im lower then 4" probably 4.5 or 5" up there but out back is a flip kit for the 6" drop and its way lower then yours im running 245/45/20's on all corners a much shorter tire and im closer to the fender lip then you are in the pic you posted

thats why i told him put some miles on it and let it settle, after just loweing my truck looking at his pics i think he got 2" drop arms

OutlawL23 BTW, if you haven't already, I'd keep an eye on how close the tires are to the lip of the rear fenders or you might demolish the bedsides, considering yours is also stepside lol,
Also, you do have some sort of cnotch right?... asking since you didn't mention that and having the frame resting on the axle will definitely stop it from sitting as low as it's supposed to be.

have you driven it? has it settled any? still looks like its maybe around 1" higher all around then what it should be i bet you put some miles on it and it will settle down, my truck took about 100 miles or so before it stopped settling

well I finally got the tires put on, the front coil springs we’re not seated all the way down in the lower a arms so now it is sitting correctly. I’m very pleased with how it looks now thanks for everyone’s help
