Nice run but dang..he barely got you.

How far did it look like he was ahead at the finish?

What converter are you running? Looks like he just put a little on you at the start.

At the end I was right about at his rear bumper if I recall. The torque of the 6.0L and 4.10 gear he had outed my 5.3L and 3.73 gear. My converter is a Trailblazer I6 converter. On the street it stalls high enough to just make smoke off idle. At the track where it hooks up it was good for 2.0's. I have pulled 1.9 60's with it in colder weather though.

nice runs! now ditch those 20's and 13's are in the bag! a nice 3000+ stall will really get you movin, especially with that cam

Thanks guys. I'm along ways out yet V8, but plugging away slowly. Once I get into low 13's in street trim 12's should be easy.

yep, I run 13.0 at 103 full weight in 97* weather, it will come down, just keep pluging away and good luck.
