Actually its a HP Performance kit. Here are some numbers off the site with the twin kit.

900 rwhp / 744 rwtq ('99 Cobra) - Race Fuel
786rwhp / 689rwtq @ 16psi ('04 Cobra)
740 rwhp / 700 rwtq ('03 Cobra) - Pump Gas
540 rwhp / 519 rwtq (stock '97 Cobra) - Pump Gas
488 rwhp / 570 rwtq (stock '03 Saleen GT) - Pump Gas
468 rwhp / 555 rwtq (stock '00 GT) - Pump Gas

The Hellion kits are nice too, although they are singles, not twins. Here is a link to a Hellion Cobra vid

Hmm to be honest I'm a little disappointed in those numbers. I guess I just expected something that elaborate to consistently put down a little bit higher numbers. Of course I really don't have any knowledge about mustangs.
