A member of a local group got some good videos of a track day over the summer. There are a couple passes of the truck in it. Some of the best "sound" I have of the truck. I am beside the gray VW you can hear me scrub the tires before lining up. About 3.21, sounds pretty cool. Then a good shot of a pass from the side.

Next time I run into him I'll try and get it in the raw. I tried the trueshare linky dozens of times... I have never sucessfully uploaded a single file to it.

Long story, but the guy driving it is a big gear head, very fast cars in the past. They were razzing him for running his VW and not bringing out the big guns for the shootout.

a lot of people have successfully accomplished it. You can rebuild your whole truck and rewire everything in there but can't load a damn video.

Buwhahahah, yeah... I assembled an IBM server today, along with complete 2003 Server, setup VPN and installed and configured a complete data acquisition proggie that runs on a sub net to it. Configured all the equipment to it with static IP's and got it fired up on our internal network without crashing anything else in the network.

The true share thingie does not like me... must be personnel. I dunno.

 

Hey thanks. There really are a lot of quick cars around. That particular vette has gone mid 10's with a good driver at the wheel. A single rear mount turbo setup.
