Nice lookin truck, my younger brothers stationed out there. I actually drove to Manhatten a few months ago and back to NC. My best friend from high school moved there too. I just ordered my turbo kit.

 

How much work does it take to fit the intercooler behind the grill? Just chop the lower hood latch support off and thats it?

 

I moved my ac Cooler (if thats the proper name for it) on the opposite side of that front arm right there that hold the hood latch support, its kinda hard to tell but its actually supposed to be bolted on the front side instead of how i have it. hopefully that makes sense but yea that about it just cut up a bunch of stuff. and this is a 4.5'' i think a 3'' fits alot better with almost no cutting i believe.
