Stock was heavily implied. Hell I know you can build anything to go fast.

If you would read the title we wouldn't have this problem.

i'll beat up on rumble bee's other hemi's with no prob w/ out the NX. SRT-10's, evo's, sti's, and most N/A ls1's in my area don't even stand a chance ever since i've been putting new mods on
Pretty clear to me too.

Not too many "stock" ls1's out there either. At least those on the forums trying to race. But yea, it's all apples to oranges even when stock. These trucks are bricks, and even the RC 2wd's are 5000#.

Well i got something ya'll hemi guys don't have.......a 5-speed....SCREW YA'LL!! haha, just kiddin' fellahs. BigBadBoy if your having some traction problems, u really need to try to make it to ware shoals friday night b/c i seemed to hook a bit better there than greer. I've yet to get a track time where i didn't spin at least 350ft down track, but i do have an eaton sittin next to me waiting to go in, along w/some other goodies. When it's all installed we need to meet up and run em...but u gotta be on ur 22's and no nitrous, i'll be on stockies w/slicks and 125 pills. I think it'll be a good race. BUT...back on topic, i posted this somewhere else too, we really shouldn't compare 5.3's to the hemi, the 5.3 should be compared to the 5.2, while the 4.8 is compared to the 4.7l. The hemi's competition is coming soon when chevrolet puts out the rcsb truck with the lq9 6.0. There are a lot of ppl on this site that have already did the swap and they have some really impressive numbers. That needs to be the stock vs. stock comparison.

Then I guess we need to stop talking about the LS1 too huh.

5 speed I wanted one sooo bad.
Can't wait to see your truck once the Eaton's on. I don't think we've met yet. My truck's been in Florida since Aug 8 gettin some "super secret" mods so I havent been out in a while. I had to sign a couple noncompete agreements so I can't really talk about it although I would love to. I picked up a pair of ET Streets last week. We've tried to get them on bigbadboy's truck ever since- darn rain. Do you run at Ware Shoals much? I haven't had a chance to get out there but I have heard it hooks a ton better. Have you been to Carolina Dragway "House of Hook"? Now that place hooks. LOL We'll probably try to organize another event next year. We held the Battle of the Truck dot coms back in July. Not a great turnout (too short notice) but it was a blast. We had Fords, Chevy's, Dodge's and even a Jet Bike Maybe we can do it again. Hope to meet you soon.

Well stock, my best time was 15.3 with a Density Altitude of 2456 FT. That was at 5320 LBS certified weight aka full street trim and half a tank of gas.

If there is a equally modified 2x4 EC 6.0L I am more than happy to run them too.

By the way, if it doesn't say Hemi on the front fenders than probably it's a 4.7 or 5.9.
