Nope never had have on the track that 15.6 is just a guestmate with some calculations if i really ran on the track i wouldn't be surprised if i ran 15.7-15.8. From 3.73 to 4.10there is not much difference but i would guess that it would at least drop 1 tenth off your e/t try one

So you have been bragging this whole time about how your times are faster than a QC hemi, and you have never even taken it to the track??? This just gets better every day. Dont make any more posts on DT about how your truck is faster than a stock QC hemi until you take it to the track and get some real numbers...You can be positive that I will quote you last post if you ever do try to say that you are faster than a stock hemi.

On a side note...I appreciate the new items that you have posted on DT, however, most of us already know about them.

i said i could be faster some people acctually they ran 16's im pretty sure if not positive i can beat 16's

I ran a 15.1 at 88 MPH bone stock, last time I went to the track is in the sig, now with a few more tricks I hope to be a low 14. like a 14.1 or 14.2 the next time it sees the track.

I'd be willing to try one out............but not one skunked out with a tune and a ton of mods.

My only mods are a green HP drop in replacement style air filter, ported and polished heads, exhaust, and spring clamps.

i think we've lost site of this argument.

you guys with 13.99 trucks..... what did your trucks do stock, since they seem to be real fast.

the fastest stock 5.3s ( and i mean 100% showroom condition ) with 3.42's and a locker. RCSB is 14.9

the fastest showroom stock hemi RCSB with 3.92's i've seen is 15.1


any arguments?

hold rumble dude , you call ported and polished mods not much lol . im sorry but thats a big deal and to shave a half a seond off with a drop in filter , heads , and exhuast . idk just seems werd , what do u consider port and polish

i didnt know they were that fast, who knows at end of 06 to begining of 07 i might be getting one RCSB 5.3

I know of 2 rc/sb hemi's that went 14.8 stock, and a few that went 14.9. I had never raced before I got this truck, so I had no idea what I was doing my first time. I ran a 15.6, but that was with 4 12's, 20's at 45psi in each tire, full tank of gas, spare and tailgate on, and no weight reduction. I probably weighed close to 5400# that night. Keep in mind, this was my first time to ever go to a track, so I didn't know how to stage or anything.

I may be a little late on this thread but here's my experience. I ran one night at California motor speedway with a group from DTW and lost about every matchup that night. Most of the Hemi's that I went against that night had just an intake and nothing else to my knowledge. I ran consistent 15.7 in my 02 ECSB 5.3L with 3.73's, Corsa and K&N FIPK and those DTW guys were running 15.3's all day. The SRT10 and one other truck with a 100 shot of nitrous were in the high 13's or low 14's, IIRC. I always got them off the line and they always past me halfway through the run.
