Well, an old friend of mine has a Marauder with bolt-ons and tune, his converter and gearing are unknown, i didn't ask. I have some 16" mh's but no rims yet so I went ahead and ran on skreet tires. Result, I won 3, he won 3, no more than 1 car seperating us each time. Basically, if I launched half ***, I won, if i had to pedal it and spun bad, he won. My truck seemed to be stronger bottom and mid, he was a little quicker up top, but all in all, good runs. I believe he has ran in the upper 13's lower 14's. Im excited to hit the track with the dr's now!!

Nice runs. I do like the marauders, nice looking rear wheel drive V8 cars. Just like they should be.

No ****! I would easily beat him with just the dr's on, but it was a spur of the moment thing to go run so run whatcha brung!!!

good runs for sure, seems his topend is better even with those big wheels.

 

Yeah, i was looking at stock specs for that car and it trapped mid 90's stock, so with his mods he still traps pretty good. I don;t know much about the car, he was real quiet about what he had for mods. A cam is in my future, just not the immediate future.
