afr is a little richer now over what the 78 was, but afr is pretty much the same as what i had the 70 at. I will say 3rd gear pulls harder then ever, and holds 16 psi through the 2-3 shift. A little back story that maybe you can help me with. MP 70 at 15 psi, 6 psi spring, manual boost controller turned up pretty high so I could get 15 psi. installed the 78/75 and had to back off boost controller about 4 turns to get the desired 15 psi. Installed the 66, left manual boost controller at same setting as 78, Im seeing 15 psi through 1st, 16psi in 2nd, 18 psi in 3rd, but thats as high as it goes. The only change made besides turbo was I went to a open wastegate dump.Once I see 15 psi and the wastegate opens, is the open dump making my 3" down pipe more effeciecnt causing the boost rise? I would have figured i would have had to turn boost controller back up since it was a smaller turbo, but apparently its more effecient than that 70mm was.

I would guess the increase in boost could be related to a rising IAT. I see a similar phenomenon with my blower. What IC do you run?

To test this try putting an empty water bottle with the cap on in your freezer. You'll be amazed how much the ambient temp air compresses when its reduced to below 32*.

Could be. Iats with 70mm would hit 140 after a pass with no meth, 15psi . The 66 is seeing 91 degrees after a pass , 90 degree ambient, meth, while tuning anyways.3" intercooler, full 4" exhuast.
