Default Proof my Z71 RUNS!!!

So a few people have given me **** about my Z not running so heres the proof.

ECSB Z71 03 LQ4, GT2-3 cam, corsa catback, volant intake, built trans, 2400 converter and EFI tuned. EVERYTHING else is stock, clutch fan, manifolds, cats etc.

Short shifted a little since I forgot to up the rev limiter to 6600 since 1-2 is 6400 2-3 is 6500 so it runs alright for what it is I guess. The next few mods ought to wake it up quite a bit

YEah tonight was the first time in months that Ive had time to mess with it, upped the shift points but didnt up the rev limter

The cam flat lines at about 6200ish but the extra couple hundred rpm really help the horrible 1-2 shift recovery of a 60e.

yeah it sounds good shifting in the beginning. Almost sounds like it is hanging a little too long right before it hits the limiter, maybe shorten up that shift a cooter hair.

1-2 shift pressure needs to come down a little so it doesnt bang so hard and 2-3 shift needs some work. Just ran out of time tonight, and figured Id take a quick little video. Ill be installing my WB tomorrow and messing with it a little more. Ill probably wait till after the headers to really try and dial it in a little better. If I feel comfortable with everything then its time to throw the blower on

If your truck was 4wd Id be tempted

WIsh I could take credit for the tuning but Corey helped me do the base tune and get it close. Ive adjusted a few things here and there but for the most part its his tune.

I will once Im done, and yeah I know but Ive wanted to get familiar with tuning more before I throw them on. With the corsa catback once I throw lts on it with no cats its going to be rediculously loud and attract a lot of attention while Im learning.

Ive got my exhaust studs, vbands and lpp headers sitting in the garage just waiting on me to feel comofortable with the whole tuning thing.
