They do use some of them on the autobahn, autostrada, et al. No speed limits.

the best police sportscar i've seen is a 2005 Vette in harlingen tx. it was a police impound.

LA county has an LS1 Camaro as a CHP cruiser, i've never seen it on the road but i work for the county and i've seen it parked at my dept. headquaters.

Spoolin is right, its advertising for the police, as far as the Camaro goes yes there was many many camaro z28s sold to police departments all over the states

we had a ton of the lt1 camaros back in the day...and the 3rd gen camaros too.
