I thought I would get a speedo video in traffic tonight. I didn't miss the shift, its an auto slap shift car, and I flipped the shifter but nothing happened. I was using a good camera, the car just rides that rough. Enjoy, and let me know what you think.
2009 Toyota Matrix S with a 4300 miles on it. Has a 2.4L, 5 speed automatic with manual slap shift.
From the Toyota website : 2.4-liter DOHC 16-valve VVT-i 4-cylinder; 158 hp @ 6000 rpm; 162 lb.-ft. @ 4000 rpm

I call it the jelly bean

It's kinda like driving a go-cart

The car has 2 things I really like. First is the guages, they are plain easy to read, but not enough information. Second, it has a switch 115 volt outlet in the dash, great for laptops, cell phone chargers and the like.
It rides rough, I am told because its the S model. The seats do well to absorb most of it, however, if you set your arm on the arm rest like I did in the picture, that is the result.
