Here is some awesome pics and a gopro vid from last sundays autocross event in Great Falls Montana where im stationed at. I had a blast running the truck while my car was down and i surprised quiet a few people with it! Let me know what you think.

Its a 2/3 drop. Bilsteins shocks, 22x10 OZ rims with a 305/45 Toyo ST tire. Otherwise stock with the exception of energy bushings and 373 gears.
Motor is a forged 8:5:1 compression 383 LS1 with stock ported heads, and a small 218-220 .525 lift 114 LSA baby boost cam. I had an STS kit but took it off a month ago for repairs. Trans is a few days old levelten built 4L60E. I did the tuning via HP Tuners. Ow yea 1 7/8 Long tubes, through a dumped 40 series flowmaster dual exit out. Its not the faster N/A. But better than stock.

 

Nice. I miss having a car to autocross so I keep thinking of running the Avalanche.

What brake set up are you running on that beast?

 

Looks like fun. I'd like to try it with my 05 ecsb turbo Silverado. The way I figure, I'd hit full boost in the straights just in time to let off the gas then I would understeer over every cone on the course. lol

 

Nice man, its good to see other guys that are wanting to autocross the truck... I am currently putting Atomic's coil-overs on the front and going to do a 4 link in the rear of my Silverado.. I miss auto-crossing, and even though I have a C6 I still want to autocross the truck.. We'll see hoping to get it together before next season!
