That's a freaking sweet video right there!! It sure seems to pick up after the initial 60'. What were you launching at in that vid?

 

LOL! I was going to fix it, but it lets heat out

I was having traction probs on the first two runs so I was just trying to get it down the track. Launch was around 3~3200 RPM 2psi. The next run launches better, it was 3500 and ~5psi. Had I been able to make another it would have been at 3800, and 1.3x 60' 9.5x but Im not a track favorite so........ lol

 

Any plans on a cage?

 

No, Im building a car for that. The truck is my daily driver, and a cage would sacrifice my safety on the street, more than what it would benifit me at the track.

 

I wouldn't cage it!! Leave it as is! For the few times people go to the track it's not worth running around with steel bars going every which way in your car when your driving on the street, + it takes away from the sleeper aspect of it!

 

Thats true....just kinda hard to find a track that will let you run that fast without a cage unless you know someone
