Buddy hit me up about givin him a ride in it tonight and he took a vid on his iphone.. its not fully tuned and manually shiftin. 1st gear spun and wheel hopped like a bitch, hit the rev limiter, shifted to 2nd still spinnin, hit the rev limiter again(7400). This is thru a carb hat with a 3.5"x2" opening running 13.5 afr, I've ran it before with out the carb hat and it runs 14.8-15.1 afr, I do have some room for improvement.

I like it so far.. 1st gear is a little on the tall side, can't really tell what it will be like until I get it to actually hook. After seeing in that vid were it shifted to 3rd at, if I were to stay all motor I'd switch from 4.56 gears to 4.88s.

 

Hmmm. What size converter did you go with i remember you posting it on FB but i forgot the size. I am really liking my 3600 with 4.10s. Personally i love my 1-2 and 2-3 shift but i am unning alot smaller cam so maybe mine just makes tq in a completely different spot.

 

its a 3400 FTI.. After trying to watch the rpm and soeed that it shifts into 3rd, its not too bad.. I'd like to be at 7000 at the end of 3rd around 115mph not 125+. But it should be just fine on the bottle. It'll be a 50+ shot..lol
