It's a car show over there where they purposefully build their cars to be ridiculous. It's not for performance but more as a gag car show to see how far people can take the ricer motif.

 

They're def. ridiculus, i'm kinda partial to the exhaust coming out of the grill, over the windshield, then 5 feet over the top of the car

 

It's a snorkel CAI. This dude seen a snorkel on a mud truck and thought damn thats a sweet CAI, i need one for my banger. ***** tight BOI!!
