I wouldn't doubt it, being the internet and all...but it looks to me like they didn't give it a push. I don't know, it is aweful suspicious that there are people in the lobby. NO building engineer in the world would allow you to do that during the office hours...IF coming that direction was the only option.

 

They were probably trying to push it up the stairs after they broke the service elevator with it.
