Thanks fella's

1.86 is my best 60' so far (the one in that video was 1.87, you can see it if you look quick before it changes to E.T.), but i think i can pick up another hundreth or two with some more fine tuning........its no half ton, but not bad for that big sucker. Still cant believe the difference the intercooler made all around. I was only expecting gains up top in the 4000+rpms, but it seemed to pick up all over the rpm range. I get consistant 1.87 - 1.88 60' times now compared to the 1.94 - 1.96 times before the intercooler. Only had it to the track 3 times (about 8 runs total) since i installed the I/C. I think with the addition of some ICE in the new large reservoir and a little tuning I can pick up a little more in my 60' and 1/4 times.

that's a great 60'. I'm pretty sure my best was in that range also. Just out of curiosity, did you have the truck weighed? I just can't see how the 8.1L could possibly weigh that much more than my 6.0L. My race weight was 6140lbs. That was no spare, no tailgate, no side steps, no tonneau cover.

Pump up the boost on that thing for god's sake, lol. with proper tuning you could EASILY run 10+lbs boost. I ran 15lbs for a year with no problems. I didn't run into a problem until i had a voltage issue and my MAF went all whacky on me. I tried switching to 2bar speed density and my VE table was all f'd up but i dragged it anyway. Bad idea. lol

You should have no problem getting a low 13 slip. I ran 13.06 @ 102 with a 1.9 60' and i coasted throuugh the finish line cause i spun the crank at the 1000' mark. OOPS, lol.
