i think that it looks ok. people do crazy stuff with their cars and trucks. kinda like jacking up a truck so high you cant drive it. or so low you et get on speed bumps. stupid paint jobs , or whatever. that car looks crazy. but all it is, was somebody wanted to be the top dawg. i remember when 20s were "too big". now they are damn near standard issue. some people got money to waste. not always welfare or a court settlement.
