A 2 step is not going to help you guys with traction. As soon as your foot is off the brake it deactivates. It will provide you with more consistent launches though. It would be cheaper and easier to pull timing if you're having that much traction issues. I would look at the suspension first.

Thats could be true but when you set up at the line and have the rpm set that you can leave at then you can control how fast you will leave the line I have cal-tracs possi unit and 18 mt slicks and this helps when I'm not playing around on the street tires.
