What kind of drop do you have and how much? Are you still running stock 10 bolt rear?

 

Did Parish ever reach the 9s?

 

I don't think he did. He was trying very hard to, and split a cylinder in the block. He was also spraying a 100 shot on top of the turbos I believe. After they broke the motor, I think they fixed it and sold it. He was very close, like 10.0x I think...

Lets not take anything away from Jim....while he may not have reached the 9.xx ET range, he certainly did lay the groundwork for everyone else here that is running a Turbo.

 

Oh, I'm not taking anything away from Jim!! He was a pioneer with these trucks and FI community! He was very gunho and posted everything they did for every one to see and am very grate full for that! I know he was trying very hard to be the first one in the 9's with a 99+ truck. Then another truck did it on spray and that seemed to take the wind out of there sails and they decided to sell the truck, build a NICE shop and go in a different direction and see how fast they could go with stock parts and cheap parts which is a VERY long way!!

 

whats up with the headlight, looks like theres a hole there but the whole light isnt missing?? hard to tell on the video with you going so dam fast..
