Yep i shifted my stock bottem end 5.3 at 7k every time i drove it and it has 168k on it, i pulled my motor the other day i need to take a look at and c how everything still looks, what did u do to your ls1 as far as bottem end work to handel the rpm safely? i did arps and ls6 oil pump.. i hope thats all the ls1 will need to c 7k.

My truck see's 6750rpm everytime I drive it thinking about uping it to 6850 when I put on the new heads and intake.
