Doug's Headers Cutouts

Doug's Headers Cutouts
I finally got around to replacing the actuators on my cutouts. The original ones were damaged by not-recommended sustained WOT with them open over a year ago with the stock 454.
For those unfamiliar, Doug's Headers Cutouts use a pivoting gate valve instead of a butterfly. They do not work themselves open from exhaust vibration or leak like butterflies do. Their only limitation is running them open under heavy throttle since the motor and gear reduction section is not thermally isolated from the gate housing and both contain plastic/nylon parts. They are perfect for the occasional rev or idling.
